Buyer Representation - It is the fiduciary responsibility of a buyers’ agent to negotiate the best terms, provide you with the most accurate information about all properties considered and keep confidential any information that could hinder you in negotiations.
Research – Our team of real estate market researches will find you the best deals based on your criteria.
Negotiation – The research collected will be used to help you make an informed offer at the right price.
Coordination – We will assist you with the contact and coordination of professionals associated with any real estate transaction, such as attorneys, title agencies, mortgage bankers, interior designers, painters, home inspectors, and construction companies alike.

FAQ

What does the term exclusive buyer representation mean? Agents or brokerages that are buyer representatives work only with BUYERS in a real estate transaction.
Why work with a buyers agent? You will receive full fiduciary duties on your behalf. Your best interest are represented and not the seller’s. We do not have listings, so there is no pressure to sell any listings held by the brokerage
How are you paid? Commission s are paid as part of the seller’s closing cost at the settlement of the residential real estate transaction.
